Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For heavy equipment like power racks or barbells, please allow up to 7-10 business days for freight delivery.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, some items like nutritional supplements or chalk cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer a warranty on Strength Side products?
Yes, all our hardware and strength equipment come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Professional-grade barbells carry a lifetime warranty against bending.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal to monitor your delivery's progress.
